Charter Local Edition (CLE) are four and a half minute “live to tape”, in studio, interviews that air on CNN HLN at :24 and :54 minutes past the hour, 16 hours a day, between midnight to 4 p.m. Approximately 50% of the interviews are federal, state, county and city elected officials, 30% are community based organizations, 10% are industry experts and 10% are noteworthy and celebrity guests.

Interviews may also be viewed on Charter’s Video on Demand service (VOD) on channels 999 or 01 or on YouTube 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Each interview will air on CNN HLN approximately a dozen times in a single-week period.
